1. Maintain dignity

2. Protection of company property
1) Immediately report any serious event that may or may result in loss to the company's property.
2) The company's property information is kept secure in accordance with the relevant regulations,
and the public disclosure of company information is approved in advance.
3) Company property information is disclosed only to authorized persons.
3. Faithful job performance
1) Understand the company's policies and the contents stipulated in the company's standards,
and faithfully comply with it when performing work.
2) Reports necessary for business performance should be made fair and honest in a timely manner.
3) Employees shall clarify their respective missions in performing their duties and do their best to achieve them.
4. Fair job performance and avoidance of conflict of interest with the company
1) We maintain fairness in job performance by not performing the following actions.
- Receiving cases from stakeholders
- Lack of transparency in selecting suppliers
- Manipulation and false reporting of documents and coefficients
- Unfair stake participation in trading companies
- Illegal or improper use of company assets
- Occupational negligence, negligence of management, overtaking, damage to dignity, etc.
2) Reports necessary for business performance should be made fair and honest in a timely manner.
3) Employees shall clarify their respective missions in performing their duties and do their best to achieve them.
4) In case of inevitably receiving a case from a stakeholder, report the fact to the affiliated executive,
take action according to the instructions, and report it to the ethical management secretariat according to the
prescribed procedure.
5) If you are hired by another company, or if you are employed by another company to perform tasks substantially similar
to the company's business, you must report it in advance and obtain approval.
6) We refrain from misunderstanding behaviors such as selecting a company managed by a family member or
relative as a supplier or exerting influence to make a deal.
